Comments:
Just couldn't do anything on 15/20. Couldn't work the scatter stations,
couldn't get answers. 160 and 80 were great although no West Coast on 160. I
adjusted my off times a bit but the wrong way, which didn't help but probably
didn't make that much of a difference.
