my 5am routine of casual s&p while sipping coffee. I set an easy goal of 75
Qs, which I could have done this morning except I wasted time at the lower part
of the band in needless pile-ups. I ran 9-minutes of a run to make up the
difference but it was too little too late. Now for a second cup of coffee
