Comments:
I had to work this contest with a sore throat and cough, so audio recordings
were used for 95% of the transmissions. Although I have had the capability for
years, I never trusted the recordings in a challenging situation. This time I
resisted the urge to try a lot of variations vocally and hit the button again
instead of using the mic. It worked much better than expected! In the future,
I will be much more willing to give my voice a rest and use the automation.
