Bursts of fun. Seems like there were only a handful of constant people out
there. I thought Sunday would be better once NAQP finished but it was more of
the same just with a few more people. Perhaps the weather was too good for
people to be in shacks?
70cm just isn't happy with my house I think. Signals were much weaker there.
2m was great in both phone and SSB. The guys in the Sierra Foothills have some
great reach. Thanks for playing this weekend.
6M FT8 had was odd. I was spotted in a few states but no signals from them.
That was neat doing some 6m work though. Even if most of it was within a 45
miles radius.
Yes, I know this one is a tough one, I'm sure I will get a bunch of NILs but
it's a great way to get the airwaves used and a great way for new people to get
interested in contesting.
Thanks to all for the QSOs.
Icom 7100 and Icom 2730.
Ringo Ranger at about 16' (I know should have been higher)
Elk 2m/70cm at 24' (I need another 5-10' on this guy)
MFJ 6m 3 elemnt Yagi at 16' (it was the tallest stand I could get access to this
week, really want to try it higher next time.)
