Very poor condx this morning (here, anyway). Some over-the-horizon radar
(what?). It sounded like the Russian Woodpecker, again. Very rapid and deep QSB.
At 0.5 went to 20 m but nada. So...limited it to half an hour. CU at 1900 and
0300. Thanks for the Qs.
