Aurora was still up at 40 gigawatts...
Best signals on 7 MHz were from I2WIJ
and 4X6GP. A bit of a struggle, but
happy to work Carlos PY4XX... Sorry
for the bad copy on a few callers
due to my local QRN. It seemed like
there was less ringing of noise with
a wide filter in these circumstances.
It was even worse on 3.5 MHz. The
Loop-on-Ground (under-Snow) did well
on 1.8 MHz, but the was no CWT-activity.
