Comments:
I rarely spend an entire day on a state QSOParty (other than Mi, Oh and Wi) but
with the effective Northeast Ohio outdoor temps today in the low teens, radio
seemed like the best activity (ie no chance of frostbite).
The best hours were the first (1400z, on 40m) and the last (2300z, on 80m). 20m
never opened between my QTH and Mn; I check the RBN map a few times during the
day, and rarely saw any spots or spotters in Mn. Ohio skimmers kept reporting
Mn stations on 20, but I rarely heard them with my low dipole. In fact, I took
a few hours off during the afternoon doldrums to bag a few Zs.
Mobiles/rovers worked: K0PC (11 counties), K0LD, W0ZQ, KE0TT, N0UR (4 each)
