Comments:
Only found one 75m SSB VT op Sunday eve during last hour, and none during
suggested 75m "Rally" time/frequency around 2345Z/3.850 MHz (designed
to encourage VT/regional activity near event end).
Decent 20m backscatter sigs late Sunday afternoon allowed solid QSO with W1ECH
on CW from here in RI ... 20m SSB ops were not listening for weaker in-region
callers as carefully then. Short skip on 40m at that time too allowed for
additional 7 MHz CW QSOs with VT.
