did I read the rule correctly re: WARC bands? The 15m digi Q was actually on 17m
but there's no place to report that.
I rewrote the info for the digi Qs in the Cabrillo log instead of messing around
with ADIF/cabrillo conversions.
Score reporting needs improvement ... somehow
