Comments:
It appears the N1MM+ UDC needs tweaking. When working PG4I, for example, the
exchange is PA, which is scored as a multiplier for the country PA and also the
state PA. I had three QSOs that fell into this mode (PA, OK, and CT), so I
subtracted 3 from my N1MM multiplier count and scored it manually. Still ... it
was fun! I got lots of new callsigns in this one! TU all!
