Comments:
I thought propagation was down a bit when compared with last year, especially on
40 meters. I had many less multipliers on all bands. Of course I was unable to
spend the time in the chair that I did last year (18:24 as compared with 31:28
last year) due to the fact that my XYL had an operation on Thursday and I spent
part of each day from Thursday through Sunday at the hospital with her.
Even so I enjoyed the event and look forward to this contest each year. Thanks
to all who heard me and put me in their log. I may make a small effort in the
SSB portion but that is not a mode I enjoy, so my time on air will be limited!
