Comments:
Spent most of the time Saturday, the day with good conditions, screwing around
with the antenna and playing some on 15 meters. It was nice to hear some Europe
on 15. Spent more time operating Sunday, but conditions were significantly
degraded from Saturday. Also, managed to fry a PL-259/SO-239 which required
repair to continue operating.
Heard quite a few "clicky" signals. Disappointing given all the
recent focus on the issue...
TS-590SG, AL-82, Rotatable dipole (which kept rotating in the wind) @ 14 feet
height.
