Comments:
Flex PGXL amp does not work, so in a funk ran QRP. Started on 40. There were
good signals, but I could not get through. KI6RRN was the loudest, but could
not get him. So I went to 80 after 10 minutes. That first 10 minutes really
cost me. I immediately had a good run going on 3.530, mostly 2 a minute, but it
slowed at 0340Z so started S&P. I picked the loudest guys and got through
pretty well, but some I could never work. Others were loud and still attracting
guys so I could not get through. Rate was pretty good overall. This helps me
decide that the 80 meter antenna is the best and I should concentrate on the 40
meter signal. 20 is still not competitive.
