Comments:
Intermittent S&P throughout the weekend when I had time. Spent Friday
evening elmering a friend that just passed his general license exam a week ago.
He was curious about HF contesting. Had some competing activities Saturday and
Sunday, so I jumped on the air when I could and am sure I operated less than the
10 hours calculated by N1MM. It was satisfying pulling out some pretty weak low
power stations as I tuned in between the gaps of the loud signals. I did hear
one JA. But, was unable to work him with my meager antennas.
Definitely low key operating weekend this year.
