Comments:

If there every was a contest to skip on General Principles, this was the one.  I
found it intriguing how incredibly loud some stations were given the overall
poor conditions - but after the top couple layers there just wasn't anything
there.  20% of my 20m contacts were I's.  At least I wasn't shut out of z17 like
cw, got a couple.  Nothing heard on 10 the times I checked it.

Hope to see everyone in the Spring Stew Perry this weekend.
