Yes propagation sure was lousy. This has been the fifth year when the SFI has
been stuck between 68-77 for this contest, but going by my records of the past
45 years operating in this contest it will all change for the better next year.
My qso total was well down on last year with only 63 G Q's compared to 111 last
year. There was a serious lack of propagation to UK on 20m especially, only 21
Q's compared with 58 last year year and all except 1 of these 21 contacts were
made in the final hour 0900-1000utc. On the upside made my most 40m VE contacts
ever - 41.
