Comments:
Contest was a bit of a disappointment. My triband beam is not functioning, so
used an 88' center fed zepp for 20 and 15. Heard and worked only three stations
on 15M, all three in South America. 20M seemed weak to Europe and weaker to
Russia. It did stay open later than it has been staying open this winter. 40M
was quite good early in the opening, as was 80M. But later we had a lot of Polar
flutter. Signals from Europe and Asia were very strong, but the stronger they
were, the more the Polar flutter. Very hard to correctly copy numbers with the
