Took most of the time from the start to find a radio with a mic I could use!
Ended up having to set up the old Omni VI+ and figuring out why it wouldn't
transmit, until I remembered the jumper in the back! So just went ahead and
connected it to the Hercules II. With a hand mic, it was tough to log and talk
and move freq. I believe anyone who can't keyboard well should be allowed 10 K
points for trying! Fun, anyway.
