Comments:
In its infancy, I recall the many letters promoting this contest that I
received by mail. It must have cost a fortune so I'm sure the organizers are
much relieved to do their promotion electronically...and promote they did! On
the cusp of my 50th year as a ham, but still a neophyte on CW, I have to say, I
much enjoy this contest...simple exchange and WW participation. Well, done!
With my vry low wires and 90W, I was surprised what I was able to work. The
Croations were loud all weekend! Biggest disappointment was not being able to
work the XQ I could hear very well on 15...oh, well, FY5KE sort of made up for
that loss, my lone Q on 15M. Thoughts go out to the people of PY-land. 73,Bill
