My first and probably only effort without a Call History file. Key
conclusions:
I can't type for s--t. The more I have to type, the more trouble I'm in, even
when, usually, I've copied the exchange in my head.
Cut numbers are a net negative, due to repeats needed, especially following an
unusual name, except maybe for A=1 or N=9 at the beginning of a number or T=0 at
the end. If you sent me three or four cut numbers, I *did* ask for a repeat.
Combine speeds in the high 30s and three or four cut numbers in your exchange,
and you just have to be kidding....
I won't be doing this again...
A serious question - Has anyone developed an Excel routine or other device for
comparing one's log with the roster?
