Comments:
I'll start with shouting about how fun 10m was this weekend. I worked 64
stations on 10m... this is more that I've worked on 10 in a while.This is a fun
contest and it's becoming on of my favorites. I only put in 15.75 hours, and I'm
kicking myself for not doing more. I did take some time to interview a candidate
for my new "Radio Cat". Snowflake (aka DumDum) was my radio cat for
for the last 7 years. He worked most if not all contests with me. You can see a
pic of him on my QRZ.com page. He went SK in June. I made 643 Qs this year and
last year I made 470 in the same number of hours. Must be doing something right.
A few hours before the contest my rig quit talking with N1MM, so I went
unassisted once again in this one. It was great to work several Swamp Fox
members and of course a ton of my CWOps buds. I'll try to do 24 next year...
