Comments:
Conditions were open on 15 (RBN had reasonable dB and W1AW was strong), but
didn't hear others there prior to the start so bailed and started on 20.
Odd conditions where had a number of periods when running when there were
longish-gaps in response. Moved down to 80 at the end--maybe a bit premature.
