Comments:
Op at the beach in NC. Widely varying Internet speed and horrible
latency/jitter.
(ISP is Spectrum.) Dropouts became tolerable after I maximized the buffers and
packet size. Sorry for the confusion. Ergonomics of operating position enough
to put me in physical therapy for a month. And we call this fun? :-)
