Comments:
"Sharp Ears" awards to W4PK (45 miles) and K4BSK (70 miles) who
answered my CQs. And to the N2QT skimmer! Only other station heard here was
N1KWF. Using partially reassembled 5-element Yagi perched on two 6-foot
stepladders and aimed NE into my neighbor's 30-foot higher hay field until
Sunday evening, when I rotated the whole assembly to (futilely) aim WSW.
Probably the lowest Rate I've ever experienced in a contest -- even including my
very first Phone CD Parties with the Heath AT-1/VF-1/homebrew AM modulator
combo.
