Comments:
The well-thought-out contest rules tend to level the playing field, but this
contest needs more participation, particularly from Asia. My QSO's were 6% up
from last year, but my score was down 15%. That's what I get for 15 meters
being more open this year! My BIC time was 16% down from last year.
