Comments:
Wonderful bands throughout the full weekend.
Disaster struck on Sunday morning. Weather and news report say we experience a
mini Tornado around 0900z with winds up to 100mph
This took out my Hexbeam mast that holds the Hexbeam for 2nd radio operating.
In the panic i had to run to the other side of the yard to lower the other 2 100
foot masts to save from further devastation.
Thankfully no other damage came.
This made me decide to give up as i had lost the will to continue any longer.
Lots of fun while active, although i didnt operate too much on low bands as
numbers show.
Look forward to CW at the end of the month, which will be a lot more pleasant to
operate in.
Repairs will be complete and will be back to full capability before the further
upgrades coming before 2022.
