CF3BP is a special event station of the York Region Amateur Radio Club
(www.yrarc.org) to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the transatlantic
amateur radio transmission from Newmarket, Ontario, by Edward Rogers Sr. The
location was Pickering College on Main St., about 10km from the station
location.
40m had some wideband QRM over the CW segment but 20m was working well. I
installed a DB18E and still getting used to it. Had to leave early due to XYL
chore request. I'll be back. 73, Chris VE3NRT.
