Comments:
Played with the new Flex 6600. I still need a lot of setup/configuration work to
get it dialed in. I had issues with VOX dropping and PTT hanging. Also
integrating headsets (Proset and CM500) wired correctly.I'm not much of SSB op,
but wanted to play with the new radio. I spent a lot time building cables for
headsets and a foot switch.It works great in CW contests.
I ended up taping the stock hand mic to a mic stand and used the foot switch :)
Thanks for the Q's and I apologize for the early QLF's with the VOX.
