We are still using field day type antennas BUT before leaving Alpine for the
holidays, the base was poured for the the tower. I am not much of a phone
operator so I opened the station up to beginning and budding contesters and
tossed them into the fire. I am hopping to get a few more trained and operating
in the WTX section.
