Wow the band was pretty crummy. What made it worthwhile was that the Big Guns
were out and warming up for the CQWW CW contest happening this weekend. Get
this... I worked both Hawaii and Curacao on 40 meters... no kidding. This is
from my measly vertical antenna in the back yard here near Portland, OR. Nice!!
I'll be in the CQWW CW doing Search and Pounce. I hope the band opens up. See
