My only goal is to beat my own previous score; unfortunately I could not invest
enough time to achieve that goal :(
As always, I was unassisted (classic) 500-1000w to a homebrew wire halfwave
inverted-L vertical. It is resonant on a good portion of the band and allowed me
to run the AL-572 when necessary.
Runs were good - getting a late start always helps as I'm a new call - 87% of Qs
were runs. I had a decent run of 50 Qs when I first got on the air at a rate of
3.3 per minute - that's always fun!
