Comments:

That was bizarre but fun. The band appeared, then disappeared, then was wide
open with S-9 signals to one specific area, then disappeared again, then some
weak fluttery signals and then repeat. Not much DX although some areas appeared
to be working much farther than I was hearing in central Florida.

This contest reminded me of 6 meters in the early 1960s when I was a new Tech
and operated only that one band during a sunspot peak.
