Comments:

Didn't quite match last year's score. Came up 2 Q's short and 9 mults short.
Only operated intermittently Saturday and Sunday when I saw a reasonable amount
of activity on the band. The openings were really kind of weird especially
Saturday evening. The band would open up to a specific region for a few minutes
than shift to another region. It seemed like the line of storms caused
enhancements in specific directions as it moved through. But, I did notice a
similar effect Sunday when the band opened to ID and WA, then shifted to CA.
For about 30 minutes all I heard were CA stations. This effect seemed much more
pronounced this year than I recall in past years.

I also spent more time working through CW bands where there were many more
signals. I did get a couple brief, emphasis on brief runs on phone that
accounted for more than half my SSB Q's.

I can't wait for a bit more solar flux to really make this contest more fun.

Thanks for the Q's and the fun.

73,
Eric - NR4O
