Comments:
KF7LK and I finally got his 54-foot crankup tower w/4L-10m yagi up and running
at 2130Z Sunday, then I had to toss together my TS-890S with WINKeyer and Jack's
HB paddle Field Day-style. The yagi was last used some 25 years ago by K6SVL, so
it was still tuned for the phone band with an SWR of 3:1 in the CW band. Thus,
the TS-890S folded back RF output power to just 25W between 28.0 and 28.1 MHz.
Despite that, I worked more than I really expected during those last two hours.
