Comments:
Started off slow on Saturday so I took a nap and then called it quits about 9
PM. Sunday morning was better with 10 actually open to South America! However
the usual Europeans faded away by mid-afternoon. Also late Sunday afternoon it
had started raining and the rain static was horrendous!
Got up before daybreak on Sunday but I was disappointed to find propagation to
the far east and Oceania was non-existent. However, later on I was surprised
to have a VK6 call me while I was running and his serial number was 009! And I
was really surprised when after a few minutes had passed he called me back and
gave me serial number 010! I logged both contacts with him as he probably had
one of my calls wrong.
I worked a lot of the PVRC folks plus about 6 locals and it is always good to
work them!
