Comments:
Couldn't get anything going on 15M. Strong RBN reports and the band was open to
the west. Very few stations.
Called CQ a lot on 20M low and high on the band. Expected more action. Must have
been other east coast stations on my frequencies. No response to a QRL doesn't
mean the frequency is open.
