As others have said, Friday night was overwhelmingly the better time to
operate!!
A storm had taken my TX antenna, K2AV FCP inverted L, down to the ground a week
before. The vertical section re-installed rather easily, -6 C weather!. The
horizontal section hung low under the tree branches instead of over the top,
kind of a U shape! Not the weather to shoot a new line over tree tops! It
provided a lot of contacts, thanks everyone! RAn until 4 am local time both
nights, caught the sunrise grey line on Sunday AM, a good move! See you in the
