Yet another 100% remote operation from ES7A. This time we decided to have some
fun doing RTTY. We never really set the goal and everyone who had free time,
logged in to operate a bit, thus the 37h operating time out of 48h. This time
one operator did his very first QSOs in RTTY mode (ES7KEW). At first he
patiently watched the remote operation and then after some encouraging words, he
jumped in and started logging QSOs. We also had RTTY veteran ES7MA working some
hours and carrying the load on both afternoons.
We heard signals on 10m but worked only few stations. 15m was more or less in
shape. Only issue is that our 15m and 10m stacks were looking at 70 degrees
towards East. 20m and lower bands were providing nice signals.
