Comments:
First time doing SB 10 ...what a bust! For the past couple of weeks 10 has been
wide open many times. Espcially on 28.074 starting early morning and going to
well past dark. Even Sat and Sun FT8 was going strong with 25-30 decodes each
cycle!....ALl morning Sun until lunch time I worked ONE station on CW. Very few
being heard but those I did hear had good strength. It was amazing to compare
the effectivness of FT8 vs. CW and the number of strong signals.
ALmost all my meager Q's were S$P ....30%Eu 47%SA 18%NA 5%AF+OC
I heard a number of KH6's LP while beaming 120Deg. I got a reply from KH6LC
sending me VO1MP...a common error !...I don't think he got it straight before
moving on.
Oh well I did get two good nights of sleep.
