Comments:
A local S5 noise source started Saturday night and was problematic primarily on
40 and 10 meters the remainder of the time. Some investigation required. Sorry
for the repeats and thanks for your patience.
Antennas: rope suspended from trees supporting TH6 at 40 feet. Pointed to
Europe. Bad trap replaced just before the test.
New 160 inverted L added this past month worked great. And noise was not too bad
on 160. But just couldn't break thru the terrible local noise experienced by
P40F. Worked many 6-banders, though, but not as many as CW.
40: vertical 2-el Moxon at 60 ft. Butternut vertical. G5RV at 70 ft.
80: 160/80m loaded dipole in lazy U config at 60 ft.
