The 2300Z start let me take advantage of some interesting short skip on 20M. But
really ran out of gas in the last hour. Maybe better to be out of gas for just
one hour vs two hours at a 0000Z start? 80M not at all a highlight but was
working far west coast on 80M at 0200Z so more guys coulda been on for it.
