Comments:
This was another ad-HOC WQ6X remote operation from WA6TQT's QTH in Anza.
As much of my time was spent running the SA-10 contest, NA Sprint RTTY
and the various QSO parties, I got a late start.
The system used was a K3 driving a 1500-watt amplifier, into 2 legs
of a 3-square vertical array (one of the legs is questionable right now).
Weird Space-WX conditions made things a challenge. Eventually all
the east coast stations went to bed and then so DiD I.
Getting up at 4am (11:00z) found many new ones from the east coast
chugging their coffee and back on the air.
The BiG surprise was a JI1 station who called in with the array pointed
Northeast. Steering the array westward added a JJ1 to the log, but no
one else from Asia.
