Comments:
A reasonably good result this time. I had expected 40 meters to be very noisy,
but it was instead pretty quiet. Most signals seemed to be down, especially
those from the west coast. The rate was good for most of the session but dropped
off drastically with about 15 minutes to go. See everyone at 1900Z.
