This was a work trip to replace a tower at the station. We got the job done, but
it took longer than expected. Station was still being assembled in the hour
before the contest. First QSO was at 0002z.
Old school radio. 3 ops. 1 radio. No cluster. Lots of fun being loud from the
Caribbean!
We used an older version of DXLog so the score includes all Russia QSOs/mults.
Not many Russians worked.
Many fun openings. Nice to see 10m so good to USA. And to work so many Eu on
20 between 06 and 11z each day. Some good openings to JA as well.
Line noise was a problem until it rained on Sunday afternoon. Nice to be able
to hear the weak ones.
Funny to hear the reactions as our QSO number got bigger and bigger. Many
repeats as people tried to deal with the 4 digit number.
K3NM is an old hand at operating from St Kitts. He spent many years working
with Alex W2OX. Thanks to N2NT for keeping the station going.
