Comments:
Fired up the old Drake C-line and paper-logged this one. Had a decent run on 80m
despite the fierce storm static, but the electricity suddenly went out at 0346z
(apparently unrelated to storms, they weren't nearby) and that was it, stumbled
to bed in the dark.
One item of note: I don't use auto-fill on calls and exchanges, even when I am
using N1MM, so if I need a repeat, I'll ask for it. But many times the other op
disappears immediately and I don't get the fill, so I do the best I can and plod
on.
Have the CWTs become so automated that we all assume the other op has everything
on the screen as soon as the call is typed? Alas...
