Comments:
Nice to be part of the inaugural running of the CPQP. Goal was to work all three
CP provinces. VE4 was last and most difficult to as it was late in the contest
on 40m. High noise level and all three VE4 heard had a pretty could pile going.
Was able break through all three eventually.
