FTDX10 into 40 meter end fed half wave antenna. Band conditions good. Odd
broadband signal around 7032 KHZ sending slow V's. Broadband noise for most of
its spectrum with a clean CW signal on one end. Hears it since 1000Z and still
going strong throughout the CWOPS 1300 CWT
