Congrats to K3MM and NF3R ! Y'all played the game well !
This was supposed to be a semi serious effort to test some recent additions and
changes to the station. Well the low bands did not cooperate so that was a wash.
We only have the upper 15m on the tower to EU and that really bit me. 15 was
certainly the $ band from here.
If they ever change the software so everyone is on the same page and you don't
have to deal with RRR and -6 all day this could be really fun. 6 or 8 FT-X tests
I have worked now and they only seem to get worse. N1MM integration worked
great. There were a couple issues I believe they addressed in an experimental
release 1/2 way through the contest... Man they are on top of things.
I left a lot on the table and in hindsight wish I had done a serious effort
early on. But the winners would have just pushed harder !
