Comments:
Overall, an exciting contest. There was a lot of interesting propagation
happening during most of the weekend. The high point was an almost 30 minute
sporadic E opening on 2 meters to Missouri, Texas, and Oklahoma. The Texas
station had the distinctive aurora sound to his signal. 6 meters was open much
of the weekend to somewhere, at times the band sounded like an HF contest!
Thanks to the rovers who were out there in force (both local and via sporadic
E), your efforts are really appreciated!
75% of my contacts were analog (SSB + CW), reversing a trend (at least here)
toward more digital QSOs over the last 4 years.
