That was fun.
Sadly my night was cut short by an antenna failure after ~2 hours. The antenna
was installed 2 days before this contest, and fixing antennas in the rain at
night wasn't going to happen this time around. The positive side is that I'm
working these issues out in the summer instead of waiting for the winter where
this failure would be much less welcome. This morning, looking out the window,
everything is still in place.
In relative terms, for the summer, activity seemed high, band noise seemed low,
propagation was good.
